Disconnect the
pulse
generator
wire coupler.
Disconnect
the water hoses and
the temperat0re
sensor wire
from
the thermostat,
Remove
the thermostat housing.
Disconnect the
battery
negative
cable
from
the
battery
terminal.
Free
the starter
motor cable
from the clamp.
Place the floor
jack
or other
adjustable
support
under
the
engine.
NOTE
The
jack
height must
be
continuously
adjust-
ed to relieve stress
from
bolts that are being
removed.
Remove the engine hanger bolts
from the right
side.
Remove the f rame-to-sub-irame
bolt.
