FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION
Align
the
right
handlebar
switch
locating
pin
with
the
hole
in
the
handlebar
and
install
the
right
handlebar switch.
Install
the
top
portion
of the
switch
and
tighten
its
screws,
Tighten
the
forward
screw
first, then
tighten
the
rear screw.
Place
the
front
brake master
cylinder on the handle-
bar
and
install
the master cylinder holder
with
the
"UP"
mark
facing
up.
Align the index mark on the holder
with the
punch
mark
on the handlebar,
and tighten the upper
bolt
first
then tighten the lower
bolt.
Connect
the
choke
cable to the
choke lever.
Align the left
handlebar
switch
locating
pin
with
the hole
in
the
handlebar
and install
the left handle-
bar
switch.
Tighten the upper
screw
first,
then
tighten
the
lower
screw.
