COOLING
SYSTEM
Disconnect
the
water hose
from
the water
pump
cover.
Remove the water
pump
cover
bolts
and cover.
Remove
the water
pipe
clamp bolt.
Loosen the
water hose
bands.
Pull
off the
water
pump
from
the
crankcase.
Remove the water
pipe
from
the water
pump.
INSPECTION
Check
the water
pump
for
mechanical seal leakage
and bearing deterioration.
Replace
the water
pump
as an assembly
if
necessary.
