LOCK NUT
Straighten
the lock
washer tabs
and remove
the
lock nut and lock
washer.
Loosen the
bearing adjustment nut and
remove
the steering stem.
Check
the
steering
stem bearings
for
damage
or'
wear.
BEARING
REPLACEMENT
NOTE
Replace
the bearing
and bearing
race as a set.
Remove
the
grease
retainer.
Remove
the bearing
inner
race and dust seal
from
the
steering stem.
