Install the
dowel
pins
and
new
head
gaskets.
With the
cam chain
tensioner
raised in the
direction
of the arrow,
insert a
pin
or
piece
of wire through
the hole
in the
tensioner
base
and
tensioner.
Place the
cVlinder
head on the
cylinder.
Pass the cam
chain
through
the cam
chain tensioner
and
install
the tensioner
slipper
as shown.
