9.10 Setting the maintenance interval
Maintenance comprises a set of tasks that must be completed in order to ensure the function‐
ality of a machine or system.
A maintenance interval is a period of time specified by the manufacturer, at the end of which
a maintenance task falls due.
Example: Changing the oil change maintenance interval.
Precondition Password access level 2 is activated
The operating display is shown
Unauthorized extended maintenance intervals
Progressive damage to the machine leading to inoperability
Observe the maintenance intervals specified by the manufacturer
