1 Remove L Side Cover.

2 Remove CR Motor.
3.6.1 Replacing CR Motor
3 Remove the screws (2 pieces) retaining PF
Encoder.
A : PF Encoder
B : Tapping screw M2ｘ8
4 Remove PF Encoder.
5 Remove the screws (4 pieces) retaining ENC
Holder.
A : ENC Holder
B : Tapping screw M3ｘ8P Tight cup

6 Loosen the screws (2 pieces) retaining PF
Motor.
A : Pan-head screw with spring washer and
flat washer M4ｘ8
B : X Speed Reduction Belt
7 Remove X Speed Reduction Belt.
A : X Speed Reduction Belt
8 Remove the screws (2 pieces) retaining PF
Speed Reduction Pulley.
A : Pan-head screw with spring washer and
flat washer M3ｘ8
B : PF Speed Reduction Pulley
9 PF Speed Reduction Pulley
10 To reassemble unit, reverse the removal
procedure.
11 Perform various adjustments.
