To calibrate the level sensor (contd)
6.. Touch Settings > Fill > Fill Calibration > Calibrate Level Sensor
Empty.
7.. Touch Yes to confirm that the melter is empty, then touch Calibrate to
begin the calibration.
When the calibration is complete, a pop‐up message appears. Continue
to the next procedure to flush the melter and test the system.

Note: Fill Level calibration should be performed with the
melter at setpoint temperature.
To calibrate the level sensor, lower melter adhesive level until the
grid fins are exposed. Refer to the manual for a detailed fill
calibration procedure. Press the Empty Calibrate button below to set
the empty level of the unit.
