To install the level sensor board
See Figure 8‐10.
1. Use the screws removed previously to install the replacement level
sensor board and gasket (4). Tighten the level sensor board screws to
1.1Nm (10 in.-lb).
2. Connect the level sensor cable to the level sensor board. Tighten the
level sensor cable connector to 1.1 Nm (10in.‐lb). Figure 8‐8 shows the
level sensor cable.
3. Connect the level sensor cable ground wire to the grid. Figure 8‐8 shows
the level sensor cable.
4. Make sure the cyclone base gasket is in place and use the screws
removed previously to reinstall the cyclonebase (3).
5. Reinstall the two insulation blankets (2) and latch the cyclone base to the
cyclone upper body (1).
6. Close the hydraulics assembly by pushing up on the pump and allowing
the spring‐loaded pin to automatically catch the assembly.
7. Connect the adhesive transfer hose.
8. Reinstall the hydraulics cover and restore the system to normal
operation.
