ADVICE
The fixing screws (M16) (2) of the weighing cells and the associated rollers must
never be loosened with an impact driver. This may destroy the weighing cells. This is
applicable for all major forces applied by screwdrivers.
If it is necessary to replace a roller on one weighing cell, the roller on the second
weighing cell must also be replaced. One roller in front of and one roller behind the
weighing cell must also be replaced (because they must all have the same diameter).
When installing the roller always make sure that the three rollers are set to exactly the
same height (see drawing - red line).
During installation place a level or similar straight edge over the three rollers or use
a tight cord for alignment. Align the rollers to the same height. Use the four included
spacers (1) for alignment. All spacers (1) that are not required to align the height
between the roller holder and weighing cell must be placed under the screw heads. If
this is not done the function of the weighing cells will be affected, because the ends of
the fixing screws will stand up in the blind holes in the weighing cell.

If it is necessary to replace a weighing cell, the work must be performed by authorised
service technicians.
