– outer oil pump rotor no. 23

1. Outer oil pump rotor
– extract the coolant/oil pump shaft no. 24 from
outside PTO housing with a pusher
– remove rotary seal no. 25 with a screwdriver

CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the surface
of the rotary seal bore in PTO housing cover.
– oil seal no. 26.

1. Oil seal
Inspection
Inspect oil pump shaft assembly, housing and cov-
er for marks or other damages.
Check inner rotor for corrosion pin-holes or other
damages. If so, replace oil pump shaft assembly.
Ensure to also check oil pump housing and cover
and replace if damaged.
