ADD MACFF GROUP HOST INTERFACE
Syntax
ADD MACFF GROUP=groupname HOST={ ipaddress-list } INTERFACE={
type:id-range | id-range | ifname-list | ALL }
Description Adds the specified (i.e. static) host addresses on the specified interfaces to (only) one
Group. If a static host IP address is subsequently discovered (DHCP), its type changes to
BOTH.
Options The following table gives the range of values for each option that can be specified with
this command and a default value (if applicable).
Example
ADD MACFF GROUP=A HOST=1.1.50.1,1.1.50.5,1.1.50.10 INTERFACE=11.0
Option Description Default Value
GROUP Adds the group name to the interface
HOST IP address(es) that will make up the group
INTERFACE
ALL All interfaces that have statically configured hosts in the
Group are added to the group.
