Name
Name of the profile. If no name is given, a default name is given. A profile must have a
name.
Limits has two parameters to be specified
CC Window
Specify the time window of which to accumulate CC Errors in seconds.
This value is recommended to be 60 seconds or greater.
CC Max
Specify the maximum number of CC Errors in this time window
