4 Data bus diagnostic interface
4.1 Data bus diagnostic interface - J533-
General description
The data bus diagnostic interface - J533- interlinks the various
data buses in the vehicle.
For example, it transfers data from the engine control unit (drive
system CAN bus) to the instrument cluster (instrument cluster
CAN bus).
Fault finding is performed via the “Guided Fault Finding” ⇒ Vehicle
diagnostic tester.
