5 Lights and switches in centre console

5.1 Removing and installing light for centre
console (front)
Special tools and workshop equipment required
♦ Front-end hook - 3370-
Removing
– Carefully detach light -1- for centre console (front) using front-
end hook - 3370- .
– Unplug electrical connector.
Installing
Install in reverse order.
Note
In the event of a defect, the light for centre console (front) must
be renewed as a complete unit.
5.2 Removing and installing entry and start
authorisation button - E408- or driver
identification control unit - J589-
Removing
– If control unit is to be renewed, select the “Replace control unit”
function for appropriate control unit in ⇒ Vehicle diagnostic
tester.
– Continue to follow the instructions on the display of the vehicle
diagnostic tester.
