Procedure
Caution
♦ To remove the airbag, the battery must be disconnected
with the ignition on.
♦ On vehicles with telematics system, activate service mode
for telematics control unit in “Guided fault-finding” before
disconnecting battery ⇒ Vehicle diagnostic tester.
– Switch off ignition and take out ignition key.
– Remove cover for luggage compartment side trim (right-side)

– Remove cover -1- over battery.
