- to remove oil from the housings of the upper bevel gear and pinion by means of a
gun 3 (Figure 6.4.41) for oil lubrication pump out some oil through the filler holes 4;
- unscrew bolts 2, remove a cover 1 from the housings of the upper bevel gear and
pinion and remove the remaining oil by means of the gun;
- put the cover 1 and the bolts 2 back;
- using the gun for oil lubrication fill the capacities of the upper bevel gear and pin-
ion up to the bottom edge of the hole 4.
- put the filler plug 3 back (Figure 6.4.41).

6.4.5.6 Operation 49. Change of oil in FDA main gear housing, in intermediate support of
FDA cardan drive and in housings of wheel gear groups of FDA
Note: This operation shall only be performed in BELARUS 892.2 tractors.
Before changing oil, warm up oil in the FDA and intermediate support housings up to
the normal operating temperature by means of driving the chassis.
