6.4.5.13 Operation 56. Washing the filter of oil preliminary cleaning
To wash the filter 1 (Figure 6.4.51) of the engine oil preliminary cleaning proceed as follows:
- release four clamps 2 of the connection hoses and remove the filter from the oil line
3 located in front of the engine oil radiator;
ATTENTION: REMEMBER THA WAY THE FILTER WAS ARRANGED IN THE OIL LINE.
SELF-ARRANGEMENT OF THE FILTER IN THE OIL LINE IS NOT PERMITTED!
- wash the filter in diesel fuel and bleed with compressed air in direction of the arrow
shown on the filter body;
- mount the filter back. When mounting the filter in the oil line ensure that oil comes
into the filter from the same side as before dismounting;
- tighten the hose clamps with a torque of 3 to 3.5 Nm.

6.4.5.14 Operation 57. Check/retorque of tractor external threaded joints
Check and tighten up if necessary the following most important threaded joints:
1- front beam — semi-frame rails;
2- semi-frame rails — clutch housing;
3- engine — clutch housing;
4- clutch housing — gearbox housing;
5- gearbox housing — rear axle housing;
6- rear axle housing — semi-frame tubes;
7- rear axle housing — bracket of RLL turning shaft;
8- rear axle housing — RLL cylinder bracket;
9- nuts attaching brackets for outer lock of RLL lower links;
10- front and rear cab supports;
11- FDA housing — tubes (for BELARUS – 892.2);
12- tubes — wheel gear groups (for BELARUS – 892.2);
13- FDA housing — tubes (for BELARUS – 892);
14- nuts of FDA housing wedges (for BELARUS – 892);
15- bolts of flanges of swivel tubes (for BELARUS – 892),
16- housing of cardan drive intermediate support — clutch housing;
17- steering cylinder pins;
18- steering cylinder brackets.
1. Check and, if necessary, tighten twelve M16 bolts (six bolts on each side) securing
the side rails to the front beam with a torque of 160 to 180 Nm;
2. Check and, if necessary, tighten nine M16 bolts securing the side rails to the body clutch
