with a torque of 160 to 200 Nm.
3. Check and, if necessary, tighten two bolts M12 connecting the engine to clutch body with
a torque of 70 to 80 Nm
4. Check and, if necessary, tighten the ten bolts M16 at the junction of the gearbox housing
and clutch housing with a torque of 160 to 200 Nm.
5. Check and, if necessary, tighten nine bolts M16 (seven bolts along the junction contour
and two bolts under the transmission cover) at the junction of the transmission housing and
the rear axle housing with a torque of 160 to 200 Nm.
Note - For access to the heads of the two M16 bolts under the cover the transfer box shall
be removed.
6. Check and, if necessary, tighten seven (nine) M16 bolts at both joints of the rear axle
housing and semi-axle tube with torque of 200 to 220 Nm.
Note - To access the bolt heads the rear wheels of the tractor shall be removed.
7. Check and, if necessary, tighten five bolts M20x60 securing bracket of the RLL rotary
shaft to the rear axle housing with a torque of 250 to 300 Nm.
8. Check and, if necessary, tighten four bolts M20x95 securing the bracket of the RLL cylin-
der to the rear axle housing with a torque of 250 to 300 Nm.
9. Check and, if necessary, tighten four lower nuts (on the double-end bolts) M16 securing
the brackets of the outer lock of RLL lower links with a torque of 160 to 220 Nm.
10. Check and, if necessary, tighten the seatings of the cab support brackets (front and rear)
to the frame of the tractor. The tightening torque for four M16 bolts of the front brackets shall
make 160 to 200 Nm. The tightening torque for four bolts M20 of the rear brackets shall
make 220 to 250 Nm.
Visually check the reliability of the crown nut M16 attaching the cab lower vibration
insulator, being locked by cotter pin (four locations).
11. Check and, if necessary, tighten fourteen M16 bolts (seven bolts on each side) at-
taching the FDA housing 822-2300020 to the tubes with a torque of 180 to 200 Nm.
Note - The operation shall be performed on Belarus-892.2 tractors.
12. Check and, if necessary, tighten sixteen M16 bolts (eight bolts on each side) attach-
ing the wheel gear groups of the FDA 822-2300020 to the tubes with a torque of 180 to 200
Nm.
Note - The operation shall be performed on BELARUS-892.2 tractors.
13. Check and, if necessary, tighten fourteen M16 bolts (seven bolts on each side) at-
taching the 72-2300020 FDA housing to the tubes with a torque of 180 to 200 Nm.
Note - The operation shall be performed on BELARUS-892 tractors.
14. Check and, if necessary, tighten four M16 nuts (two nuts on each side) of the wedges
of the 72-2300020 FDA housing with a torque of 110 to 140 Nm
Note - The operation shall be performed on BELARUS-892 tractors.
15. Check and, if necessary, tighten four M12 bolts (two bolts on each side) of the
flanges of the swivel tubes of the FDA 72-2300020 with a torque of 60 to 75 Nm.
Note - The operation shall be performed on BELARUS-892 tractors.
