9.6.7 Display of the Set Aperture Value
This field displays the set aperture value.

9.6.8 Display of the Unit for the Output of the Measured Values
The field shows the physical unit that is used for the output of the
measured values via the CAN bus interface of the CCD camera.
Display Meaning
Pixel The measured values are output in the [pixel] unit.
µm
The measured values are converted to the [µm] unit for
the output.
10µm
The measured values are converted to the [µm] unit and
scaled down by the factor of 10 for the output. In doing
so the size of the output numerical values is reduced by
the factor of 10.
