The display screen changes back to the Normal Setup menu.
A green checkmark is displayed in front of the White Balance
menu item. It indicates that the white balance has been carried
out successfully.
Deleting the white balance
›› The White Balance menu is opened.
1. Activate the Delete checkbox.
2. Press the button to restore the default values.
The factory default values for the white balance are loaded.
The result of the last white balance carried out (the green video
curve) is deleted.
Only the video curve recorded by the CCD camera is still shown
in the display.
8.12 Carrying Out Scaling
\ Normal Setup \ Calibration
If you have selected the Off or Factory calibration method (see
Selecting the Calibration Method, page 156), the Calibration
menu is used to carry out a scaling of the measured values.

During the scaling process, the system calculates the conversion
factor (pixel => µm) for the output of the measured values via the
CAN bus interface of the CCD camera.
The scaling is carried out in four steps.
