9.9.15 Calibrating the Electronic Spirit-Level
The integrated electronic spirit-level (accelerometer) of the CCD
camera has been calibrated in the factory. After a hardware
supported memory reset, the spirit-level must be re-calibrated.
Calibrating the electronic spirit-level
1. Carry out a hardware supported memory reset (procedure see
Memory Reset (Hardware Supported), page 162).
A few seconds after the power supply is switched on again, the
Touch screen Calibration menu appears in the display.
2. Carry out touchscreen calibration (procedure see Calibrating
the Touchscreen, page 164).
After the calibration process is finished, the Spirit Level
Calibration menu appears in the display.
3. Align the X and Y axis of the CCD camera precisely horizontally
(e.g. using a spirit-level).

4. Press the button.
The calibration of the electronic spirit-level is completed.
The system is restarted.
