6.9.2 Mounting the Light Box
The installation dimensions of the different standard light boxes
can be obtained in chapter Light Boxes, page 186.
CAUTION
Blinding due to looking into a bright light source!
Directly looking into bright light sources can lead to impaired vision
and subsequent accidents.

Never look directly at the light source while it is switched on!

Take suitable measures (shielding, blocking) to ensure that
directly looking at the light source is impossible.
WARNING
Danger of burns caused by hot lamps!
Lamps and light units can cause severe burns when touched, as
they become very hot during operation and only cool down gradu-
ally after being switched off.

Completely switch off the system, disconnect it from the power
supply and wait for ten minutes before carrying out any main-
tenance, repair, cleaning or assembly work.
►
Secure the system against being switched on again.
1. Observe the dimensioning instructions (see Dimensioning the
Light Box, page 56).
2. Mount the light box on the machine frame.
