14.7 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: TCI OPTION ONLY

Open or closed index decoding with any of the above configurations.
Incoming box Speed:
Open Index 1/8 to 4 seconds. No adjustment is needed.
Closed Index 1/8 to 1.6 seconds if 2 teeth removed between digits.
1/8 to 2.6 seconds if 1 tooth removed between digits.
For proper decoding of open index codes:
Any starting box speed must not exceed a +/- 45% speed change during the round.
“Fail safe” takeover point:
When 1:2 1/2:6 1/4 code wheel ratio is exceeded by + 50%.
Module power……………….Supplied by SYSTEM 3505.
thru 6 digit boxes except box numbers 1, 11, 111, 1111, 11111 & 111111. The first decoded
box digit can be 1 to 15 blows, however, in that case the decoded box can only have four
additional digits.
Box storage … ………….30 alarms, 5 rounds each (first box circuit no limit on rounds).
