NOTE: Generic messages always end with a “-” (hyphen). Account specific messages
may never end with a “-” but can contain a “-” within the account number. If the account
specific number contains a “-”, then it can also have a generic message. An account
specific message that does not contain a “-” (hyphen) may or may not have a generic
message. For example, direct wire account 23 cannot have a generic message. The
SYSTEM 3505 will not associate generic message 23- with direct wire account specific
message 23.
For a DGM (number 23) with 16 zones, 16 screens, at minimum, of account
specific
information will be entered (one for each zone expandable to nine pages for each zone).
For example, enter an account specific message for DGM 23-01, 23-02, 23-03.... through

enter the location of the DGM 16 times, i.e., Joe’s Hardware, 21 Elm St, Mr. Woods 555-
