Changes are accepted as they are entered. Press the CLEAR button to exit this
menu.
Changes made to any line driver or loop style require the selection of the
DGM/MUXPAD that uses that newly assigned card slot. After the selection is
made and UPDATE NOW soft key will display. TO accept the selection, press
the UPDATE NOW soft key. Alternatively, the SYSTEM 3505 can be restarted
in the event that many changes were made or the user cannot identify all the
DGM/MUXPAD panels associated with the line card.

How Should I Respond?
Enter “3” to specify a line driver card in the external card rack. The display will
read:
SET: MULTIPLEX OPTON
Process OPERATOR Sig.=Y
For VERIFICATION Signal,
Process TROUBLE

Two settings can be changed within this menu. Process OPERATOR Sig. can be
set to either Y (yes) or N (no). The SYSTEM 3505 will process operator signals,
or not, based upon this selection. VERIFCATION Signal can be set to
TROUBLE or NOTHING. Use the FUNC button to navigate between these two
changeable fields. Use the ↑↓ keys to select the TROUBLE or NOTHING
setting for VERIFICATION. Alternatively, the OPERATOR and
VERIFICATION values can be changed using the soft keys labeled CHANGE
UP or CHANGE DOWN.

FACP Faults
Enter “4” to select the FACP Text. The display will read:
How to process FACP Trbl
1=Send Global TBL only
2= Send each Trouble
It’s now set to send #’X”
Changes are MADE as you enter
them.
