2.68.3 Lost Call Recording
Description
Incoming calls where the caller hangs up before answer or while in a hold state are considered
Abandoned or Lost calls. Special SMDR call records are provided for lost calls in real-time, as
they occur, and a summary Lost Call count report is available on demand.
The real-time Lost Call records provide details on the called party, when and how long the call
rang or was on hold before being abandoned, etc. Description of the record details is provided
in the following charts. As noted in the charts, the dialed number field indicates the type of call
and the ring or hold duration before the call was abandoned. The first character in the NUM I
field is the status of the call when abandoned:
R normal ring to a station,
G ring to a station group and
H call placed in a hold state, including Transfer hold.
