SYSTem:COMMunicate:SERial:CONTrol:DTR ON|OFF|IBFull
This command is used to set the serial interface (RS232) DTR signal line
either high always (ON) or low always (OFF). In addition, the DTR signal
line can be tied to the condition of the interface receiver buffer (IBFull)
resulting in the line going high when the receiver is ready to accept data
and low when the receiver buffer is full (not ready for data). Also, with
DTR in IBFull mode, the transmitter will be inhibited when DSR is low.
