SYSTem:COMMunicate:SERial[:RECeive]:SBITs <numeric_value>
This command sets the number of stop bits expected by the receiver on
received data and the number of stop bits included by the transmitter in
transmitted data.

The query returns the current setting of the receive/transmit stop bits..
