This command is used to load the power meter with a serial number in the
form GB12345678 or US12345678.

alpha_numeric An alpha_numeric detailing the power
meter serial number in the form

maximum of 30 characters can be used.
A to Z (uppercase)
a to z (lowercase)
0 - 9
SERV:SNUM GB12345678 This command loads the power
meter with the serial number
