12 Conguring the feedback system
This chapter provides informaon on how to use feedback systems.
The inverter can be equipped to allow the connecon of up to two independent feedback sys-
t
ems.
Each of the two feedback systems

Is placed in a designa
ted slot in the lower part of the inverter
•
Has an encoder connecon on its front side
•
Is an oponal equipment feature of the inverter

At the me of commissioning, the feedback system is already specied by the hardware of the
respecve device version.
Please note that one of two sets of parameters will be eecve depending on
which f
eedback system opon has been selected: either the parameters for
resolver evaluaon or the parameters for encoder evaluaon.
