5.4.2 Manual seng of the motor data
There are two opons to parameterise a motor.
1. Enter nameplate data
Enter the following motor data:
40x2C01:001 Number of pole pair
s
40x2C01:002 St
ator resistance
40x2C01:003 Stator leakage inductance
40x2C01:004 Ra
ted speed
40x2C01:005 Rated frequency
40x2C01:006 Rated power
40x2C01:007 Ra
ted voltage
40x2C01:008 Cosine phi
40x2C01:009
Insulaon class
40x6075 Rated motor current
When you touch the "Esmate" buon in the engineering tool, more parameters depending
on the motor are shown.
2. Enter data of the motor data sheet
The motor data and the parameters depending on the motor are entered. The parameters
menoned under 1. are the following:
40x2D4C:001 Thermal
me constant of the winding
40x2D4C:002 Thermal me constant - laminated core
40x2D4C:003
Inuence of winding
40x2D4C:004 Starng value
40x6067 Ra
ted motor torque
Addionally for ASM:
40x2C02:001 Rotor resistance
40x2C02:002 Mutual induct
ance
40x2C02:003 Magnesing current
Addionally for PSM:
40x2C03:001 EMF constant
40x2C03:002 R
esolver pole posion
40x2C03:003 Temperature coecient magnets (kTN)
40x2C03:004 Enc
oder pole posion
Aer the motor data has been parameterised via one of the two opons, the following moni-
toring and limit values are inialised with motor-dependent preset values by touching the
"Inialise" buon:
40x2D44:001 Overspeed monitoring threshold
40x2D46:001 Ov
ercurrent monitoring threshold
40x2D49:003 Motor temperature monitoring warning threshold
40x2D49:004 Mot
or temperature monitoring error threshold
40x6073 Maximum current
40x6075 Ra
ted motor current
