16.3.7 PROFIsafe
PROFIsafe via PROFINET enables the transfer of safe informaon via the PROFIsafe protocol
acc
ording to the specicaon "PROFIsafe - Prole for Safety Technology", version 2.0.

The PR
OFIsafe data is transmied in the second slot of a PROFINET telegram.

In the PR
OFIsafe data, one bit each is used to control a certain safety funcon.
•
The s
tructure of the PROFIsafe data is described in the PROFIsafe prole.
•
The length of the PROFIsafe data (also "PROFIsafe message") is xed at 16 bytes.
•
The in
verter forwards the PROFIsafe messages to the safety module (Extended Safety) for
a safe evaluaon.
16.3.8 PROFIenergy
The device prole PROFIenergy enables an energy management for systems. With the support
of the "PROFIenergy Class 3", the energy saving funcon of the inverter can be triggered and
certain energy consumpon values can be measured via standardised commands.

16.3.8.1 Supported commands
The following PROFIenergy commands are supported:

Get_Measurement_List Requests the list of the supported measured values.
Get_Measurement_List_with_object_number Requests the list of supported measured values indicang the corre-

Get_Measurement_Values Requests the values of the measured values.
Get_Measurement_Values_with_object_number Requests the values of the measured values indicang the correspond-
ing parameters.
PE_Mode_ID Manufacturer-specic energy saving mode
The energy saving mode is only acve if the power secon is inhibited.
