In case of an asynchronous motor, the relaonship between current and torque is basically
determined by the saturaon behaviour of the mutual inductance. If the achieved torque
accuracy, especially in the eld weakening range should not be sucient, the accuracy can be
increased by the individual idencaon of the saturaon characterisc. This behaviour can
be measured by the servo inverter.
Condions for the execuon
•
Be
fore this commissioning funcon is executed, the inverter characterisc and the motor
par
ameters must be idened 4Motor equivalent circuit diagram data. ^ 263
•
The motor may be stalled.
•
The inverter is error-free and in "Switched on" device state.

The
idencaon of the L
h
saturaon characterisc can take up to 11 minutes.
1.
If the ser
vo inverter enabled, disable it .
2.
Select the drive mode [10] in parameter 0x2825: Lh saturaon characterisc idencaon
3.
Enable the in
verter to start the process.
•
Check the progress in 0x2823:002.
•
Disabling the inverter serves to abort the started procedure any me if required.

eady determined characterisc values are rejected in this case.

The inverter disable set automacally by the procedure can be deacvated again via the

In the event of an error
If an error occurs during the procedure or the pulse inhibit gets acve (e.g. due to short-me
undervoltage), the procedure is terminated with inverter disable without the sengs being
chang
ed.
