7.20 Data Processing Instructions
CRC operation
CRC(P)
These instructions generate the CRC value for (n) 8-bit data (unit: byte) starting from the device specified by (s), and store the
CRC value to the device specified by (d).

The RnCPU and RnENCPU with firmware version "17" or later support these instructions. (Use an engineering tool with version "1.020W" or later.)
