Rising edge output

When this instruction is used in safety programs executed by the Safety CPU, unless otherwise specified,
replace some words as follows:
•"X0" "SA\X0", "X5" "SA\X5", "M0" "SA\M0"
•"Scan" "Safety cycle processing"
This instruction turns on the specified device for one scan on the rising edge (off to on) of the execution command.
