To reconnect the hose
1. Remove any stray adhesive pellets from the cyclone inlet and the transfer
pump outlet.
See Figure 8‐41.
2. Connect the adhesive transfer hose to the adhesive bin as follows:
a.. Fully insert the adhesive transfer hose cuff (1) into the adhesive bin
pump sleeve and turn the hose retaining ring (2) clockwise until it is
tight.
b.. Secure the hose inside the U‐shaped bracket (see Figure 3‐31 if
needed).
3. Connect the adhesive transfer hose to the melter by fully inserting the
hose cuff (1) into the cyclone upper body and then turn the hose retaining
ring (2) clockwise until it is tight.
4. Reconnect both ends of the transfer hose solenoid harness.
5. Reinstall the hydraulics cover, enable the fill system, and restore the
system to normal operation.
