To connect the adhesive transfer hose to a melter and the sequencer
1. Make sure the the hydraulics cover is removed. Refer to Removing or
Installing Covers in Section6, Maintenance, as needed.
2. See Figure 3‐33. Fully insert the hose cuff (2) into the cyclone upper
body(1) and then turn the hose retaining ring (3) clockwise until it is tight.
NOTE: To disconnect the hose, turn the retaining ring counterclockwise.
3. Reinstall the hydraulics cover.

4. See Figure 3‐35. Connect the transfer hose solenoid harness (1) to the
transfer hose solenoid harnessconnection on the melter (4). Adjust or
remove cables ties as needed.
