B. SAP Assignment
When initial classification returns a UNP profile, the following process is applied to determine the SAP to
which profile traffic is assigned:

The following conditions will prevent the switch from creating a dynamic SAP and the switch will filter
the packets intended for the SAP:
• The SAP already exists but is attached to a different I-SID/BLVAN.
• Switch resources are not available or configuration limits have reached the maximum number allowed.


