When several events are configured for a policy, SEM
automatically arranges the events alphabetically in a
parallel relationship. The other events are taken as the
additional conditions of the first event. The relations among
all the events except the first event are the one between
current event and the combination of all the previous
events. Therefore, the first event is blocked out for the
parallel relationship and the default relation is and.
