Use this command to configure IP address-MAC address binding.

Usage
guidelines
If you have bound an IP address and a MAC address, the switch will
discard the packets that have the same source IP address but
different source MAC address.
Examples
This is an example of binding the IP address 3.3.3.3 and the MAC
address 00d0.f811.1112.
Ruijie(config)# address-bind 3.3.3.3 00d0.f811.1112
