Proxy ARP helps those hosts without routing message obtain MAC address of
other networks or subnet IP address. For example, a device receives an ARP
request. The IP addresses of request sender and receiver are in different networks.
However, the device that knows the routing of IP address of request receiver sends
ARP response, which is Ethernet MAC address of the device itself.
