Incline bench fly
This exercise is similar to the previous one
(pectoral fly), but the inclined backrest angle
concentrates the work more on the upper part
of the chest.
Muscles used: pectorals and anterior deltoid
Movement:
- position the backrest in the second hole
- sit on the bench, keeping your back firmly
against the backrest; keep your arms
perpendicular to the ground, your elbows
slightly bent and your hands opposite each
other
- open your arms, moving the shoulder joints
- do not change the angle of your elbows or
the position of your hands during the
exercise.
