Curl concentration
This is a concentration exercise for the biceps,
that also trains the lowest part of the muscle.
Muscles used: biceps
Movement:
- incline the bench to the fifth hole and the
backrest to the second hole
- grasp the dumbell with the palm of your hand
facing your face
- rest the arm in question on one of the padded
rollers; your body is behind the roller
- curl your forearm without moving the whole
arm, bringing the dumbell towards your
shoulder
- go back to the starting position with a
controlled movement.
