Side leg raise
This exercise isolates the external leg muscles
and is very good for loosening the coxofemoral
joint.
Muscles used: abductor
Movement:
- incline the bench with the handles
- lie down on your side and grasp the handle
in front of you, with the hand of the outside
arm in respect of the bench
- lift your leg upwards with a continuous
movement, without pausing during the
movement
- return to the starting position with a slow
and controlled movement.
