Rear leg pull
This is the basic exercise for training the gluteus
in isolation. The bent elbows position avoids
bending the back excessively.
Muscles used: gluteus and hamstring
Movement:
- incline the bench to your liking: the greater
the inclination, the greater the difficulty of
the exercise
- position yourself kneeling on the bench with
your elbows bent
- throw your leg back, upwards, keeping it
slightly bent, with a continuous and
controlled movement
- during the exercise make sure that you do
not bend your back in the lumbar area.
