You can add nuts, berries or prunes to the
batter to your taste for a different variation.
Ingredients:
• 200 g butter
• 200 g sugar
• 4 eggs
• 250 ml milk
• 350 g flour
• 100 g cocoa powder
• 10 g baking powder
• 1 tsp butter (for the bowl)
• Pecan nuts for topping
Method
1. Melt the butter and combine with the sugar in a mixing bowl.
Mix well, adding one egg at a time. Add the milk (room
temperature) and mix.
2. Add the cocoa and baking powder to the sifted flour. Mix all
the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter.
Butter the cooking bowl of the multicooker. Pour the batter
into it.
3. Place the cooking bowl into the multicooker. Close the lid.
Set the [BAKE] mode at 150°C for 1 hour.
4. At the end of the baking cycle, open the lid and let the cake
cool down a little. Then, remove the cake by turning the bowl
upside down.
5. Serve with chocolate icing and fresh berries or chopped nuts if
you wish.
NB: Eggs and milk should be at room temperature when added.
