Jitter Buffer Configuration
Jitter Buffer Configuration
You can configure the mode of jitter buffer and the delay time for jitter buffer in the wired network or
wireless network.
The following table lists the parameters you can use to configure the jitter buffer.

Description
It configures the type of jitter buffer in the wired network.

Parameter
voice.jib.min

Description
It configures the minimum delay time (in milliseconds) of jitter buffer in the wired
network.
Note: It works only if “voice.jib.adaptive” is set to 1 (Adaptive). The value of this
parameter should be less than the values of the parameters “voice.jib.max” and
“voice.jib.normal”.

Description
It configures the maximum delay time (in milliseconds) of jitter buffer in the wired
network.
Note: It works only if “voice.jib.adaptive” is set to 1 (Adaptive). The value of this
parameter should be greater than the values of the parameters “voice.jib.normal” and
“voice.jib.min”.
