– Unscrew bolts -1 … 5- on both sides of vehicle.
– Detach bonnet seal at both wings.
– Unscrew one bolt -arrow- each on left and right at top of lock
carrier.
– Remove lock carrier.
Note
A second mechanic is required for removing lock carrier.
– Remove air hose -arrow- at charge air cooler (right-side).
– Unplug electrical connector -1-.
– Unscrew bolts -arrows- and remove bracket for charge air
cooler.
– Detach charge air cooler (right-side) -2-.
