Purpose
To create a static entry in the auto forwarding table (database).
Syntax
create auto_fdb <ipaddr>
Description
The create auto_fdb command creates a static entry in the
multicast MAC address forwarding table (database).
Parameters
<ipaddr> āˆ’ The IP address to be added to the auto forwarding table.
Restrictions
Only Administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To create auto forwarding table:
DGS-1100-06/ME:5#create auto_fdb 172.21.47.13
Command: create auto_fdb 172.21.47.13
Success.
